Overview
CoffeconPannons was born during the pandemic as a creative project with a friend, initially conceived as a podcast. I developed the entire visual identity of the format, from the branding foundations (logo, typography, color palette) to motion design systems for 4-5 minute nightclub interview videos, 1-minute reels, and dynamic 1-2 minute aftermovies. The project combines graphic design, motion graphics, and video editing elements, creating a coherent and recognizable visual experience that adapts to different events and locations. Thanks to this careful approach, the project has grown steadily on Instagram, now surpassing 14,000 followers, and continues to evolve as a creative platform for interviews, event coverage, and audience engagement.

The main challenge was creating a brand identity system versatile enough to function in dynamic and unpredictable environments like nightclubs, while maintaining visual consistency across different formats (long-form videos, reels, and fast-paced aftermovies). I needed to design modular templates for animated openings and videos that could quickly adapt to different events, seasonal themes, and specific formats, always ensuring professional quality and recognizable identity. Additionally, I often had to create high-energy aftermovies at the end of each episode, requiring quick turnaround with impactful effects, music synchronization, and dynamic rhythm. All of this started from scratch, without existing references, for a project born purely for fun but requiring high production standards.

I built a complete and scalable brand identity system, starting from the logo and typographic selection through to developing reusable templates for animated openings, video editing, and aftermovie production. Every element was designed to be modular: templates easily adapt to different events and formats while maintaining brand consistency. I created seasonal and thematic variants of the animated openings, ensuring flexibility without compromising visual identity. For aftermovies, I developed a fast-paced editing workflow with pre-designed effect libraries and rhythm-based templates that allow me to quickly deliver engaging 1-2 minute recaps with impactful visuals and music synchronization. I continue to manage the brand's evolution and video production, constantly refining the visual system and ensuring that every piece of content reflects the established quality standards.
